Public Memorial Service for Burnsville’s Police Officers and Firefighter/Paramedic Killed in the Line of Duty
The City of Burnsville has announced details for a joint public memorial service for Police Officers Paul Elmstrand and Matthew Ruge and Firefighter/Paramedic Adam Finseth. The three men were killed in the line of duty on Sunday, Feb. 18.
