Funeral notice for Firefighter Mike Hermanson
It is with great sadness that we announce the untimely and sudden passing of St. Peter Firefighter Mike Hermanson. Mike joined the St. Peter Fire Department in January of 2010.
Mike enjoyed spending time with his boys on 4H projects and playing video games with them. Firefighter Hermanson also enjoyed working with local farmers and especially his dad on the family farm. Our thoughts and prayers are with Firefighter Hermanson’ s family and friends.
For the fire service: All Minnesota Firefighters are invited to support Firefighter Hermanson’s family and celebrate his life. There will be seating available for St. Peter firefighters at the church. Visiting firefighters may need to be seated in overflow areas. A fire apparatus procession will escort Mike and his family from the Trinity Lutheran Church in St. Peter to his final resting place in Norseland (approximately 12 miles from the church) at Scandia Grove Cemetery.
