With the 15th anniversary of 9-11 just around the corner, it’s a reminder how we can pull together to support our local firefighters in their efforts to create and maintain a safe community for us all.
We invite your Fire Department to join us in this effort at our 12th annual Plymouth Firefighters 5K being held at 0900 on Saturday, September 24, 2016. A Kids Fun Run follows the 5K at 1000. All proceeds are donated to the Plymouth Crime & Fire Prevention Fund.
The Plymouth Crime & Fire Prevention Fund (PC&FPF) is proud to partner with Plymouth’s Fire Department to support their special initiatives to enhance safety and reduce fires. From fire training facilities, thermal imaging cameras, to cold & warm water rescue suits, plus many other initiatives, PC&FPF directly supports the team that keeps Plymouth residents, workers, and visitors safe.

In the past 11 years over 34 different departments have been represented. Firefighters from the cities of Roseville, Plymouth, and Medicine Lake even ran the 5K in their bunker gear!
